What we do
You rent the whole home, not a venue slot. No other guests, no event curfew beyond the house rules.
He meets you with the keys, and he is twenty minutes away for the whole stay.
Ask us what works here. We have watched a lot of setups go up and come down on these terraces.
What you bring
We are not event planners and we do not pretend to be. Bring one, or run it yourself.
Catering, flowers, music, photography, the officiant and the paperwork are yours to book.
Tell us the real number, including the guests sleeping at the other homes, before you book.

Before you ask
At Caballos Del Mar, on the north end. The ceremony happens on the private pier or the sand terrace, and dinner goes under the palapas or in the domed dining room.
Any of our ten homes. Most parties take Caballos for the couple and family and spread the rest across the oceanfront houses nearby, or the walled homes in town if they would rather walk to dinner.
