Villa Princesa

Villa Princesa is an expansive oceanfront retreat with seven bedrooms, on the north side of Cozumel, a five-minute drive from downtown. Three interconnected structures wrap a central courtyard: at street level, two bedrooms in a two-level structure sharing private baths, plus a single bedroom with its own entrance and full bath.

An outside hallway descends to ocean level and the main house — a living room with two couches and cable TV, a dining room seating fourteen, and a full kitchen, all opening onto an outdoor bar, a large pool with loungers, an elevated sunset deck and a sandy beach with water-ladder and dock access.

Upstairs, two bedrooms share a bath with ocean views, and the top floor holds the master suite with a jacuzzi tub and a second bedroom. Even short of all seven bedrooms, Villa Princesa rents as a 3–6 bedroom house at a reduced rate.
