Island House is a single-level, four-bedroom retreat in two structures joined by an outdoor hallway, a few blocks from Cozumel’s oceanfront promenade.
On one side, the master bedroom has a king bed, satellite TV, a sitting area and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower and a private patio over the pool and lawn. On the other, three more bedrooms sit beside a kitchen, dining area and living room.
The freshwater pool is a rare find among private homes on the island — the backyard around it has gardens, mosaic tile and a palm-lined walking path.
